PLYMOUTH —
Firefighters battled a fire in an oceanfront home in Manomet early Wednesday afternoon.
The fire at 110 Shore Drive in Ocean Aire Estates was reported at 12:23 p.m.
Battalion Chief Dan Braley said firefighters found heavy fire in the interior of the one-and-a-half-story ranch-style home.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire before it caused any extensive damage to the front exterior of the house. Internal damage estimates were not immediately available.
No injuries were reported.
